24/7 emergency towing

What this covers

• Breakdowns in a travel lane or on a narrow shoulder
• Units that stopped on a ramp or at an interchange
• Trucks down overnight, on weekends, or on holidays
• Buses with passengers on board
• Loaded trailers that cannot wait

An emergency call is any unit that cannot wait: it is in a dangerous spot, it has a load or passengers on board, or it is blocking something. If you are on a highway, get to a safe place, turn on the hazards, and set triangles if it is safe to do so. Then call with the road, the direction, and the nearest exit or mile marker.

Our equipment: heavy tow trucks, flatbeds, and lowboy trailers.

What to have ready when you call

1. The location: address, or highway, direction, and nearest exit or mile marker.
2. The unit: type, make, and whether it is loaded.
3. Where it needs to go.
4. A phone number where the driver can reach you.

Frequently asked questions

Do you answer the phone at night and on holidays?

Yes. The line is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

What should I do while I wait?

Stay in a safe place, keep the hazards on, set triangles if it is safe, and keep your phone on so the driver can reach you.
