What we collect

When you call or send the request form, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, company, phone number, unit, and location, so we can dispatch a truck and contact you about the job. If you tap "Use my location" on the request form, your phone shares its location once, only with your permission, and it is added to your request. When you apply for a job, we collect what you put on the application, such as your name, contact details, licenses, and experience, and use it only to consider you for the job.

How forms are handled

Forms on this site are processed by our website host, Netlify, which passes the submission to us by email.

How we use it

We use your information to provide towing and roadside services, to contact you about your request, and to keep records of the job. We share it only as needed to complete the service, such as with a repair shop you choose, or when required by law.

Analytics

This site may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you. We record that a form was started, sent, or that the location button was used, but never what you typed.
